car fire, Summer & Wheeler Streets

First few suffer from motion blur due to longer exposure and because I was moving, but several after that are quite good. I really like the water coming through the car (00:51:58.00) and the silhouette of Chief Frank Barressi and FF Chris Darling (00:59:29).

I.e., you can do pretty much whatever you want, but credit me for taking the shot. In fact, I have embedded attribution and licensing information in the EXIF metadata, so as long as your software doesn’t strip it out, you have no further obligations when publishing these digitally.

All of the images off this page were taken with a Nikon D5100 using a 50 mm f/1.8 lens, and are reduced in size from 4928 × 3264 down to 1232 × 816. I have done no other digital editing except to smudge out the license plate. Let me know if you want any particular shots in full size (or with plate).
